MSC = Dual listing in Singapore.

MSC = Malaysia Smelting Corporation is going to do dual lisiting in Singapore Exchange. It is a great news. "Malaysia Boleh."

Its 2Q results showed big improvement even though still in loss of 28.20 Sen per share. We believe 3Q will be a good one.

   Now RM4.14      Lowest RM2.12      Highest RM9.50

HTPADU (5028)

HTPADU is a business IT solution company. It has good profits track record. Main IT contracts from our government.

It is giving dividend of 12 Sen. At the price now $1.27, yield is about 10%. Great.
Techincally, it shows double bottom until it breaks $1.33 with volume, we can see new target of $1.90.

Accumulate now.

Euro Crisis

 Euro seems troubling continuously. Greece, Portugal, Spain, next & next. When we see trouble unstoppable, protect capital. Either sell equity to keep cash temporarily or switch them to high yield stocks. We recommended the latter because inflation would be higher in near future. Cash value is diminishing. Call us for high yield stocks.

Government Linked Companies (GLC)

GLCs are managed by Political appointed men who could or couldn't be "qualified" to be a fit and proper person. Some are professionals, some are from non-related field, some are "lucky" to be there. No matter how, it is beyond our control.

SIME recent huge loss due to mis-managed, or forced to takeover "sure loss" business? One thing is for sure: SIME, being a king in GLCs, it has crashed investors confidence on GLCs. A Cash Cow is down, what would happen to the junks?!

Time for GLCs to be run by professionals.

MISC & MISC-CI

MISC #3816, $8.86, deserved a dividend of 20 Sen. (Not announce yet.) Previously given 15 Sen. Buy before the announcement. Also consider MISC-CI #3816CI, $0.12 for short term trading. It was issued $0.150.  Buy on weakness.

Financial Crisis ??

Greece is in trouble, and it leads to Japan? Japan is a trade surplus and high saving country. Could it be holding lots of USA bonds, structure warrents from Goldman Sacks??

Recent remor on MALAYSIA EPF is withdrawing some RM30 billion to invest abroad... If it's true, not a wise idea. It could bring down our investors confidence.

Call Warrants Trading

Recent correction create opportunities to trade on the above stocks. For those who had taken profit from Gentingsp (S$1.20 to S$1.32), it's time to buy back the portion. Support is S$0.880.

Genting Bhd now RM6.35, corrected from RM7.80 also a good chance to buy back your shares. It supports at RM6.10.

GENTINGSP (Singapore)

GentingSP up from S$0.330 to S$1.30 recently. Quite a good margin for a pre-opening of resorts. USA invested to open a new era of casino resorts in Korea will become a big competitor to GentingSP. It is wise idea to take some profits at this stage.

KLCI 1,300 highest ? Is it danger?!

Today KLCI hit 1300 points. Many ask about highest point in Malaysia??
Let look at historical data: 1997 highest was 1,314 points. 2008 highest was 1,330 points. If you remember, our index has been changed from 100 stocks to 30 stocks. It means there is some adjustment need to be made. 2008 highest was 1330 but based on today adjustement it should be 1,530 instead. Therefore, KLCI highest is 1,530 points. We are not at the highest point at this moment. We believe wolrd recovery would lead us to 1,500 points this year.

WCT & WCT-WB

Technical chart shows WCT is waiting for a signal or starter. Recent India deals may be benefited WCT. Currently RM2.75 & WCT-WB  RM0.585. We recommend buy. Target price for WCT could be RM3.30 & RM3.90. WCT-WB RM1.00 & RM1.30.

UEMLAND proposed Right Issue

Any right issue is not a good favor for investors especially when the company is using our money to pay off debt. On the other hand, it is good for the share price to be better then. In this case, due to the time constraint, it is unfavor for UEMLAND-CA. Sell on rebounce.

Properties Sectors UP !

Long waited properties stock finally up. Profits take if went up much or heavy volume. The game is buy low sell high anyway. Watch those cum with warrants, got room to grow. New properties stock like TAGB sure got potential.
