MSC = Dual listing in Singapore.

Dear clients,

MSC = Malaysia Smelting Corporation is going to do dual lisiting in Singapore Exchange. It is a great news. "Malaysia Boleh."

Its 2Q results showed big improvement even though still in loss of 28.20 Sen per share. We believe 3Q will be a good one.

   Now RM4.14      Lowest RM2.12      Highest RM9.50


The above two issues definitely will see price hike. Happy Trading.

HTPADU (5028)

HTPADU is a business IT solution company. It has good profits track record. Main IT contracts from our government.

It is giving dividend of 12 Sen. At the price now $1.27, yield is about 10%. Great.
Techincally, it shows double bottom until it breaks $1.33 with volume, we can see new target of $1.90.

Accumulate now.

Euro Crisis

 Euro seems troubling continuously. Greece, Portugal, Spain, next & next. When we see trouble unstoppable, protect capital. Either sell equity to keep cash temporarily or switch them to high yield stocks. We recommended the latter because inflation would be higher in near future. Cash value is diminishing. Call us for high yield stocks.

Government Linked Companies (GLC)

GLCs are managed by Political appointed men who could or couldn't be "qualified" to be a fit and proper person. Some are professionals, some are from non-related field, some are "lucky" to be there. No matter how, it is beyond our control.

SIME recent huge loss due to mis-managed, or forced to takeover "sure loss" business? One thing is for sure: SIME, being a king in GLCs, it has crashed investors confidence on GLCs. A Cash Cow is down, what would happen to the junks?!

Time for GLCs to be run by professionals.

MISC & MISC-CI

MISC #3816, $8.86, deserved a dividend of 20 Sen. (Not announce yet.) Previously given 15 Sen. Buy before the announcement. Also consider MISC-CI #3816CI, $0.12 for short term trading. It was issued $0.150.  Buy on weakness.

Financial Crisis ??

Greece is in trouble, and it leads to Japan? Japan is a trade surplus and high saving country. Could it be holding lots of USA bonds, structure warrents from Goldman Sacks??

Recent remor on MALAYSIA EPF is withdrawing some RM30 billion to invest abroad... If it's true, not a wise idea. It could bring down our investors confidence.
